1. Services

ALMOHSIN DEV LTD provides custom software development, web development, mobile application development, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project are defined in a written proposal, quotation, or invoice agreed upon with the client before work begins.

2. Quotations & Payments

• All prices are quoted in the currency stated on the proposal or invoice.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an advance payment before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to the milestone schedule stated in the proposal.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, credentials, and approvals reasonably required to complete the project. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline without penalty to us.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

Deliverables are provided digitally (via email, hosting deployment, repository access, or download link). The client will have a review period, stated in the proposal, to report defects. Deliverables are deemed accepted if no written objection is received within that period.

5. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in its proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables as described in the project proposal. We retain the right to use general know-how, open-source components, and pre-existing tools and libraries. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Subscriptions (SaaS Products)

For subscription-based products, billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our deliverables may integrate third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, payment processors, communication platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, or policies of such third-party services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Advance payments for work already performed are non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the project.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction stated in the project agreement or invoice. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation.
